The process of issuing a license for the activities of a payment system operator
The National Bank of Tajikistan issued a license for the activities of a payment system operator to domestic and international payment systems in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and the Payment System” and “The Procedure for Obtaining a License for the Activities of a Payment System Operator”.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 63 of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated 26 June 2026, in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Payment Services and the Payment System,” Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Permitting System,” and based on Article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Bank of Tajikistan,” a license has been granted to the State Unitary Enterprise “Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbank’” to carry out the activities of the operator of the national payment system “Korti Milli.”
