As of June 30, 2026, the total number of electronic wallets of 28 credit financial institutions amounted to 19.8 million units, which increased by 4.1 million units (25.9%) compared to the same period in 2025.
During January- June 2026, 14.6 million non-cash transactions worth 3 599.4 million somoni were made through electronic wallets, which is an increase of 32.5% and 110.1%, respectively, compared to last year.
