The First Deputy Chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan Firuz Sharifzoda has participated in the High-Level Forum on International Asset and Resource Management held on April 20-21, 2026 in Washington, D.C., United States.
This forum is hosted in the framework of the World Bank Group's International Asset and Resource Management Advisory Partnership (RAMP) Program and annually brings together high-level executives of central banks, sovereign wealth funds, international financial institutions, and other relevant institutions.
In the framework of the Forum's work, important issues related to the prospects for macroeconomic development in the context of global market uncertainties, management of public assets in a crisis situation, strategic asset allocation, assessment of potential risks, as well as the application of digital technologies in international resource management were discussed.
This forum is considered an important platform for sharing experience, reviewing new market trends, and expanding international cooperation in the direction of effective management of international assets and resources.
The participation of a senior official of the National Bank of Tajikistan in such high-level forums contributes to the study of international best practices and the improvement of the country's international resource management processes, creating a favorable basis for further strengthening cooperation with international partners.
