We emphasize that there have been recent incidents of scams through deceptive advertisements and offers online aimed at securing free income. Particularly, social media platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp have seen heightened activity from internet con artists.

Scammers may reach out to you, posing as representatives of commercial organizations, claiming they can assist you in obtaining loans or easy cash. They might request your card details, passwords, and CVV codes under false pretenses, such as claiming your card has expired, or they may claim to be safeguarding your bank funds by sending dubious files via messaging platforms.

If you're asked for banking details or to verify a transaction, take your time. Safeguard your banking information!

Keep in mind that banks or financial institutions won't ask for money through Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, or other online platforms.

Additionally, please note that the National Bank of Tajikistan does not issue personal certifications and licenses for financial operations.

With this in mind, the National Bank of Tajikistan strongly advises the citizens of Tajikistan to ignore misleading (fake) advertisements, stay vigilant, refrain from transferring funds or sharing card information with such individuals, and to guard against scammers.

Don’t be deceived by false assurances; protect yourself and your relatives and friends from fraud!
