By a regular decision of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Licensing System", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Currency Regulation and Currency Control" and Instruction No. 251 "On the scope of use, the procedure for circulation of foreign currency, the procedure and rules for issuing and revoking licenses to conduct operations in foreign currency in the Republic of Tajikistan” Tajik Air Open Joint Stock Company was granted a license to conduct operations in foreign currency.
The license of Tajik Air Open Joint Stock Company No. 03/21, issued by Decision No. 49 of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated March 26, 2021 for operations in foreign currency, has been declared invalid.
