In accordance with Articles 42, 77 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", Articles 7, 10, 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Banking Activities" and Articles 8, 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Licensing system" the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan by its next decision has granted a license to a Closed Joint-Stock Company "Freedom Bank Tajikistan". This license permits the company to conduct banking operations in both national and foreign currencies.

At the license handover ceremony, Tolibzoda Firdavs Nazrimad, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, spoke with Dauren Yertaevich Nisinbaev, Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC "Freedom Bank of Tajikistan." He gave instructions and recommendations to expand the bank's network, attract savings and deposits, grant loans, open branches in all regions of the country, and increase banking services, including digital services.
In turn, the Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC "Freedom Bank Tajikistan", D.E. Nisinbaev, stated that JSC "Freedom Bank Tajikistan" uses all available opportunities and follows instructions and recommendations to secure a suitable position in the Republic of Tajikistan's banking services market.
