Following decisions of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan (Nos. 45, 46, and 47 of September 29, October 4, and October 9, respectively) of this year, insurance activity licenses were granted to limited liability companies "DS Insurance," "Insurance Company Bima Hayot," and "Insurance Company Bima" through reissuing. These decisions were made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the licensing system", and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On insurance activity," as well as the Regulation on the specifics of licensing certain types of activity. Based on these decisions, the former licenses of these organizations are considered invalid.
The Insurance Control Management undertakes to enter relevant records into the Unified State Register of Professional Participants of the Insurance Market and the Register of Permitting Documents.
Thus, by Decision No. 48 of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan dated October 9, 2024, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan," the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the licensing system," and the Regulation on the specifics of licensing certain types of activity the Limited Liability Company “Ecovis” was granted an audit activity license for the audit of insurance organizations.
The Insurance Control Management is obligated to enter relevant records into the Register of audit organizations authorized to conduct audits of insurance (reinsurance) organizations, as well as the Register of documents of a licensing nature.
At the same time, the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan issued Decision No. 17, dated September 19, 2024 on granting a license for operator activity to a Limited Liability Company “Quikpay”. This decision was made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the National Bank of Tajikistan," the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Payment Services," and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Licensing System”.
Based on this decision, the Limited Liability Company "Quikpay" was entered into the Register of payment system operators and the Register of Permitting Documents.
