State independence is a sign of national self-awareness!

On September 6^th of this year, a celebratory gathering was hosted at the National Bank of Tajikistan to commemorate the 33rd anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan's State Independence. The event was graced by the presence of prominent figures, including the First Deputy Prime Minister, Kholiqzoda Hokim Hikmatullo, and Chairman of the National Bank, Tolibzoda Firdavs Nazrimad. The Deputy Chairman, Ikromi Sirojiddin Salom, along with numerous bank employees, also participated in this significant occasion.

The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan extended greetings to the attendees on the auspicious national holiday. He emphasized the profound significance of State Independence, deeming it a treasured and sacred value for every nation. He highlighted independence as the pinnacle of achievement, serving as a testament to national consciousness and patriotic spirit.

During a formal ceremony, First Deputy Prime Minister Kholiqzoda H.H., on behalf of Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, bestowed state honors upon bank specialists Saidvalieva O.S., Abdulvakhhobov S.S., and Murodaliev D.U. The recipients were awarded the "Khizmati Shoistan” (Meritorious Service) medals and "Honorary Diploma" for their contributions. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his belief that these specialists would continue to leverage their expertise and dedication for the advancement of Tajikistan.

Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, Mr. Tolibzoda F.N., extended greetings to all attendees on the auspicious national holiday. He emphasized the significant role played by Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, as the architect of national peace and unity, in solidifying the accomplishments achieved since the Nation's Independence. Tajikistan's journey towards becoming a thriving nation is attributed to the strong leadership that guided the establishment of robust legal frameworks during its years of independence. This foundation has enabled the country to chart a course for economic and social progress, resulting in significant prosperity. Concurrently, Tajikistan's banking sector has benefited immensely from the nation's sovereignty. It has allowed for the development of a modern banking system and fostered deeper integration with the global financial landscape. The banking sector in Tajikistan is currently undergoing modernization, incorporating internationally recognized accounting standards and contemporary banking service delivery methods. Concurrently, relevant laws and regulations governing the industry are being updated to align with current best practices and global standards.

Mr. Tolibzoda stressed that employees within the Tajik banking system hold a crucial responsibility in advancing its development. He underscored the importance of aligning their work with the principles outlined by President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in his Address to the Majlisi Oli, which focuses on safeguarding national interests, strengthening statehood, enhancing the nation's progress, and ultimately improving the well-being of the Tajik people.

In commemoration of the 33rd anniversary of Tajikistan's State Independence, several bank employees were recognized with the awards for their outstanding contributions. These individuals received awards such as the "Excellent Worker of the National Bank of Tajikistan" badge, "Certificates of Honor," and "Certificate of Gratitude" from the National Bank of Tajikistan.

At this event, the Bank's Management also awarded the winners of the mini-football tournament among the NBT structural divisions with gifts and commemorative awards in honor of the celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In his closing remarks at the event, Mr. Tolibzoda F.N., Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, extended his congratulations to all participants on the significant national holiday. He encouraged them to consistently work towards the prosperity and environmental well-being of their nation. Mr. Tolibzoda emphasized that only through such dedication can Tajikistan ensure its independence, peace, and sustained economic progress.
