To boost patriotism, national identity, and appreciation for Tajik culture, the National Bank of Tajikistan hosted a meeting on July 17th. Led by Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Gulbahor Naziri, the event focused on implementing the laws "On the Regulation of Celebrations and Ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan" and "On Responsibility for the Education and Upbringing of a Child."
Gulbahor Naziri, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan, opened the event and remarked "earlier, elaborate celebrations and ceremonies presented a challenge for the people. It's crucial to honor our ancestors' celebrations and ceremonies, but doing so thoughtfully and in line with modern needs is essential to avoid excess, showmanship, and unnecessary display. Complying with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan regarding celebrations and ceremonies is a significant responsibility. Adhering to the law instead of superstition and bigotry would benefit the country and society economically.
It was noted that the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On responsibility for the education and upbringing of a child" also regulates relations regarding responsibility in education and upbringing of a child, and its goal is education and upbringing of a child in the spirit of humanity, pride of patriotism, respect for national, universal, cultural values, as well as protection of the rights and interests of the child.

- The adoption of this law obliges each of us to feel more responsibility in the education and upbringing of the child, especially in the modern conditions, - noted G.Naziri.
Then, senior specialist of Legal Management Abdurahmon Sangov and a member of the public commission of the National Bank of Tajikistan on the regulation of celebrations and ceremonies Maqsud Safarzoda made a speech on amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Regulation of Celebrations and Ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan" and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Responsibility for Education and Upbringing of a child".
The attendees were provided an overview of key updates and additions within the legislation, including liability clauses for failing to comply with laws and statistical data related to the "Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Regulation of Celebrations and Ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan." It also clarified responsibilities for parents, educational institutions, public commissions, and the consequences of failing to fulfill the requirements outlined in the "Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Responsibility for Education and Upbringing of a Child."

Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Gulbahor Naziri concluded the meeting with a message from the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, honorable Emomali Rahmon emphasizing “Unless we create a clear system of national and religious rites and rituals and eliminate the wasteful and unnecessary expenditure of our people, we will not be able to achieve the desired and meaningful results”. Naziri highlighted the responsibility of all National Bank employees to adhere to these principles.
