Participation in the High Level Forum on Asset and Resource Management

On the sidelines of the IMF and World Bank Group's Spring Meetings on April 22-23, 2024, Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan Firdavs Tolibzoda attended a High-Level Forum on Asset and Resource Management.

This Forum is organized as part of the World Bank's Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership Program (RAMP) and is attended annually by high-level representatives from central banks, funds, international financial institutions, and international agencies.

The Forum addressed critical issues related to the macroeconomic perspective, taking into account financial market uncertainties, managing public assets in the current situation, sustainable investments, climate and nature integration, the role of central banks in asset management, and operational challenges for the establishment of an investment framework.

It should be noted that since 2016, the National Bank of Tajikistan has been a member of the World Bank's Reserve Advisory & Management Partnership Program (RAMP) and significant work has been done in cooperation with the World Bank team in the direction of effective international resource management.
