Deputy Chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan

Murodalizoda Daler Usmon was born on February 18, 1989. He is a graduate of Bellevue University, Nebraska, USA, with a Master Degree in Management (2012) and the Tajik National University with a Master Degree in Law (2018).

He started his career in 2012 as an intern in the Reserve Group of Open Joint Stock Company "Agroinvestbank" in Dushanbe, and in 2013-2014 he was employed as Communication Manager, Client Section, Corporate Banking Department of Operational Directorate No.1, Open Joint Stock Company "Agroinvestbank" in Dushanbe.

From 2015 to 2021, he worked in positions of Leading Specialist, Banking Services Consumer Rights Protection Division, National Bank of Tajikistan, Head of Financial Literacy Division, Financial Services Consumer Rights Protection Management, National Bank of Tajikistan, Deputy Head of Management - Head of Regulation and Methodology Division, Financial Services Consumer Rights Protection Management, National Bank of Tajikistan.

Murodalizoda Daler Usmon worked in position of Head of Financial Services Consumer Rights Protection Management, National Bank of Tajikistan from 2022 to 2025.

Murodalizoda Daler Usmon was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of National Bank of Tajikistan by the Decree of President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated from May 2, 2025, No. 1027.

He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2024. He is a member of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan and he is fluent in English and Russian.

He is married.
