On SUJE “Tojiksarmoyaguzor”

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On National Bank of Tajikistan” and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing certain types of activities”, the Board of National Bank of Tajikistan by its Resolution dated from July 27, 2021 No.121 with the view of preserving financial stability of country’s insurance system rejected a request of SUJE “Tojiksarmoyaguzor” to extend its license due to its non-compliance with legal requirements.

The Insurance Supervision Department of NBT was instructed to make a corresponding record in the Unified State Register of Professional Participants of Insurance Market.
